Better Late than Never

        As of today, Global Warming and Climate change has a major Impact not only here in our country, but the whole world. It is caused by increased atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations, primarily from human activities such as fossil fuel burning, deforestation and farming.

        What Causes Global Warming? First, Burning of Fossil Fuels, causes global warming because, we release CO2 emissions into the atmosphere as we burn fossil fuels like coal, oil, and gas to generate electricity or power our cars. Second, Deforestation & Tree-Clearing, in controlling the atmosphere, plants and trees play an important role because they absorb carbon dioxide from the air and release oxygen back into it. Forests and bushlands are a valuable way of holding global warming at 1.5 ° C and serve as greenhouse gasses. And lastly, Agriculture & Farming, Methane, a greenhouse gas, is created by animals especially animals such as sheep and cattle. Nitrous oxide, which is another greenhouse gas, is also released by some fertilizers which farmers use. Due to Global Warming, the effects of Climate Change are Wildfires have been intensified by increased heat, drought, and insect outbreaks, all related to climate change. Additional issues are decreased water sources, decreased crop yields, health impacts in cities due to heat, and flooding and erosion in coastal areas. If we do not think solutions to these problems, Our Planet would be miserable because of our wrong doings.

        So, as a grade 10 student I can spread awareness on global warming and climate Change With an emphasis on local or regional impacts. Highlighting some modifications that my audience may already have found. Since the impacts of climate change vary, I will need to be alert to the effects of climate change in our area. When a few impacts have been identified, think about how they could affect our group.
